Post Passing the Test
Four firewomen pass the physical test- including two sisters. Rightfully proud of themselves, Colleen Murtha, Jane Toohig, Mary Toohig and Carol Walsh boast their strength after passing the FDNY physical exam. Women on the forefront of female’s acceptance into the FDNY were brave, strong, and highly motivated.
